Their site is a stolen copy of https://denningpartners.com/, and if you go to their website here: https://www.baconholdingsltd.com/borrowers/ you can see the https://denningpartners.com/borrowers/ page. The address on their website goes to an office tower in Hong Kong where their business is not listed on Google Maps. The image on the site are from different parts of Australia. If you view the source code on the https://www.baconholdingsltd.com you will see this: as well as other commented out sections of the Denning site. The company registration number in the bottom of the site is registered to a https://hongkongcompanysearch.com/en/company/7pJn17Z6yn1EjY9u741ScM362.html and they are even pulling the header images from the Denning site: https://denningpartners.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Brisbane_CBD1-scaled.jpg

Scammer made email contact pretending to be a VC evaluating my tech startup company for potential investment - after several emails back and forth - the scammer provided a “terms sheet” and "LOI" and bank “comfort note” - the bank with 200M balance was in panama and of course the terms were too good to be true and included a requirement that we purchase an "ISB" or investment security bond which is an imaginary product not offered by underwriters - but as luck would have it, they know of an agency that just happens to sell ISB - i wasted at least a half a day on this and even spent 15 mins on the phone with my expensive lawyers before we noticed the ISB nonsense in the fine print - grrrr evil M#[censored] - the scammer called me on skype to “explain” the ISB thingy - there was at least some comic value in listening to what sounded like a native African trying to pose as a native Chinese PHD
