I was on a job search hoping to find something part time and work from home due to covid. so I got my resume all over the local job sites and I received an email from a company looking for a Hub Management Officer. They said I would Handle mail forwarding. basically packages and mail would be sent to my home and I would send it off to the client. It was explained to me basically that they would be using my address for clients to order or have their mail sent to if they are away, have temporary housing, out of the country, etc. and then i would forward it to wherever they are. I thought of it as them paying me to use my address. I went through a full hiring process, interviews, emails, phone interviews with all the right questions, then once hired all the right paperwork, 1099 forms, etc.. I started my 30 day probationary period. I have worked other jobs with probationary periods so I didn't find that odd. I was in constant contact with my supervisor Sofia Riley via chat through their hub website, I also had her phone as well as the HR department Cecelia Blackwell and the Payroll department Kelly Lynn I have phone and emails for all of them. according to the ScamPulse.com website the business has been up since 2019 and the sister company transport express for at least 8 years. I couldn't find a single complaint online or any scam sites and the IP address were all legit as well as the main website and hub mainframe. I received legit work orders daily, I knew what was coming and when. most of the items were small stupid things not even worth stealing. cheap phone cases, pop its, memory sticks, some cheap makeup, etc.. I did however receive 2 iPhone 13s and 1 iPhone 12 as well as a google temperature control hub and some expensive bike lights. out of the 20 packages i received in the month most weren't worth crap and some i still have like the comic books because I never got a shipping label for them. I told them i still have items and was told I would be instructed on what to do with them but, never was. I again spoke to Kelly and was told my paycheck was reissued because I never received the first one. the reissue date is 11/15. they tell you to wait at least 10 business days due to USPS shipping. I was also told I would receive an email with a decision if i was going to be hired on full time or not within 10 business days. its been at least 15 business days and i still haven't received any word from them. I emailed Cecelia Blackwell to ask and she stated I'm still being evaluated. I went today to sign into the hub to try and speak to the manager lady Sofia riley but it says the hub is down for maintenance until the 19th so i will try and log in again on the 19th. All I want is the pay I y worked for but I have come to accept that I was scammed by some seriously good scammers. don't be me. don't accept any employment from this company you will not be paid. I have copies of all emails, paperwork from them, training paperwork, and I kept records of all shipments in and out that I received.

Same as above. They seemed legit. The website was active for over 2 years with no online complaints anywhere I have phone numbers and everything from them. They had all the proper paperwork. Tax numbers, 1099 forms, detailed step by step instructions to do the job, I had a supervisor that I spoke to daily.

the picture doesn't match up with the face and voice of cecelia and the years she went college

I was working for them also but someone had contacted me in regards of fraud on there card. I live in apartments so they contacted my apartment complex and they notified me and told me they will be contacting the Allen pd. I signed the contract and w-9 form also. When did you start working with them? If so have you not received any type of payment via email. I also spoke to Cecelia Blackwell and Sophie Riley too along with the legal department Ashley Scott. They assured me they are not fraud

Scammers made me a money mule without me knowing it. They shipped products to me as a “third party shipper” used my names on the labels as the sender and had me send out products that were bought with stolen credit/debit cards. The addresses on the website are sketchy. The address the ScamPulse.com is registered in is a really weird looking house, when looking at the ScamPulse.com website the company isn’t found. The headquarters website for suite 708 does not exist, I called the property company the scammers used and the property company said their is not suite number 708.

Whos ever credit card it was, contacted my apartments and let them know who ever was in my apartment was using there credit card and my address and shipped a lot of packages.
