After some time, contacted company to check on status of order...the only form of contact is an online web form. Filled out form twice, and never received a response.
Opened up a case with Paypal, and Bagcimply sent them a USPS tracking number for something that was delivered to my town, to make it seem like they followed through on shipment. The tracking number was for a different address.
The post office confirmed that the package did not come from Bagcimply, and was delivered to the correct address. Somehow Bagcimply sent a USPS tracking number that made it look like they delivered my package. I then sent a third request to their web form, and still didn't receive a response.
I'm hoping Paypal refunds my money and discontinues business with Bagcimply.
