I ordered a 20 oz tumblr from this site. The payment was processed right away on April 1st. I was promised a delivery date of April 18th, 2020. On April 17th, I still never received a tracking number. I emailed and a Susan Keatinf promised me many more delivery dates, provided me with a faulty tracking number. Has provided me with multiple redund dates for the product and I have neither recieved the refund or the product.
