Then you are sent a small item from China, in my case a pair of ray-ban sunglasses, and others I've read have received a necklace, or even an empty box.
When I emailed their customer service email to ask for a refund and return label to send back the sunglasses, they said they don't advise returning the item, since it would take a long time to send back to China. They offered to refund 35.8% of my refund to keep the sunglasses.
