Please, Please, Please stay away from this website. Stay away from this website or business. It's fraudulent, operators are dubious and fake. I clicked on the website when I saw the pictures of the wigs that they claim to be selling and purchased 4 Wigs. Worst mistake of my life. They sent me for ugly synthetic fake wig that we're absolutely useless. It wasn't what was advertised, and it wasn't a good usable at all. It basically looks like a mop to me. Then I contacted them to make an attempt to return it and they sent me this list of questions. I filled it out and specifically told them that I did not want to keep the product and get partial refund. then they said "Dear Customer,

Best regards." I did not have the money to send back they fake products to them but I was still willing to return it. they never responded to me with the forwarding address or refund, and i have evidence. i still haven't used the product.

This company advertisement stands firmly on providing quality wigs with 100% human hair. This is not what the company delivers to their customers. They send off Halloween costume hair. The hair is very synthetic, it sheds terribly, and has a terrible odor. This is the type of hair that will be on a child’s doll. I ordered 5 wigs and upon receiving them I opened them up to see that I had been completely scammed. There business page on Facebook has evidence of many women they scammed as well. This business should not be allowed to operate any further being that they are scamming hundreds of people every day.

I ordered a wig from Bailey Hair. I’ve been seeing this company’s advertisements on my Instagram for a couple of days before buying the wig. They advertised lace wigs on their website that were on sale for a cheap price. I bought a 24 inch Brazilian, human hair lace front wig for $43.87. 20 days after I placed my order, the wig came and it was not the wig that was advertised. I was 24 inches but it was neither human hair or a lace front wig. After I received the wig, I looked for reviews to see if anyone else had had a similar experience with the company (Bailey Hair) and their wigs. I found a couple of videos on YouTube of women who have fallen for the same scam. In the comments section, some have stated that they contacted the company about getting returns and the company never responded to them nor have they gotten their money back. I thought that was odd because on their website they stated that they do returns and it’s 100% back guaranteed.
