Was trying to purchase concert tickets from this person and was promised the transfer of one ticket after the payment of one ticket and same thing for the second ticket through friends and family feature of PayPal for instant wiring. Claimed that they were having “technical difficulties” sending the ticket. I have been in correspondance with them for multiple days now just asking for the money back because they still never transferred me the tickets but have received my money.
