I googled phone cases for my new phone. Baileycase showed up in a review as one of the best, with a guarantee against damage. I went to their website, and they seemed legit. I ordered a case on Nov 27, 2020, and received a confirmation email. I have heard nothing since then. I have sent them two emails with no response. I looked up their physical address listed at the bottom of their website. The street view shows WeWorks. When I contacted WeWorks, they were unable to verify if that space was leased to a company that was a member with them. I called the number that was on ScamPulse.com website for the company (which is not registered with BBB) and it was not a working number.

I have received nothing, and will be contacting my credit card company.
