I ordered three shirts from Bailsie.com and wanted to return one of them. I reached out to the email provided and they kept redirecting me with questions. I told them I wanted to return one item and asked for directions to do so. This was the response, "If you choose to return, you need to bear the postage yourself. So I suggest you keep these items. I will give you $5 as compensation. You can also give these items as a gift to your friends. Of course this is just a suggestion. Looking forward to your reply." I replied that I would like to return it even though I need to pay postage and asked them to let me know where to send it. Their response, "I'm sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation, but 11 dollars is our maximum. Our return is in Dubai. The shipping fee is very expensive. If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself." No directions were given on how to return. This just doesn't seem legit.
