I received an email from [email protected] on Sept 22, 2022 stated that they are going to charge me for 5 year warranty for Norton LifeLock $606.98. I was concern that the amount of charge was out rages. I called on 9/22 and spoke to several person and they would not give me their names and hang up on me. BTW I did not give them any information bank/credit card. I then realize that it was not Norton that was emailing me. I called Norton and was told by Jason to go to My.Norton.com and check my warranty, which I did and my warranty does not expires until Feb 2023. I have check my account and Citi Bank and nothing has not been debited/charge from my account. I keep on checking both accounts for several day and make sure debit/charge are made.
