I ordered 2 coats, from bakcleacn 12/5/23. I received email from them with tracking number from fedex that package was delivered in January 2024. I contacted them via email in February 2024, to let them know i received package and i wanted a refund, as of march 5th. I have not received refund as requested.

This scammer is luring buyers to their websites by using the macy logo "Macy's Backstage Clearance". The Macy's Red star appears as well. The deceive you into thinking your making a purchase with Macy's organizations but your not. It wasn't until after i made purchase and got the email that i realized it was a scam because the link tracking package leads to weird site (looks international) instead normal ups or usps that macy's would used. Now the links not even opening.
