I made the order on 12/9/23. Items were supposed to arrive on the 23rd. I emailed them through the link they were using to find out what happened. I got a song and dance blaming the delivery service. They then said they were shipping me another package. Expedited no less. Same thing happened again. They claim that the package was delivered. I ask for the company they usedfor delivery. Crickets....nothing. I sent another email with some colorful language. Steal from people who are struggling paycheck to paycheck is one of the worst things to do. They need to be arrested.
