I bought 50 lbs of powdered eggs from Baker's Authority. The name of the product was Cara-Eg. The add said, you can scramble them, or bake with them. What I got was total garbage. The powdered eggs wouldn't scramble, neither could I bake with them, nothing would rise. Also, they were loaded with salt. Baker's Authority would not take the eggs back, give me something in replace of the $137 I spent, nor would they refund my money. I am out of the money I spent, and stuck with 50 lbs of only God knows what. Do not order anything from these people. They are a total scam. I don't know why they are still in business.
