Company refuses to cancel order and say they are unable to. That I have to cancel through PayPal. Company business phone is redirected to a personal phone where an “employee” says they don’t know how to cancel the order because they are new. Their web technician also says he can’t do it.

I should’ve checked the business’s history before ordering. Website seemed legitimate enough.
