I ordered a coat from them, they took my money but I never received the coat. I have tried to contact them 5 times and have not received any responds.

The item described on their website stated "faux leather long sleeve coat" shown with buttons, buckles, zippers, and ties. What I recieved was a nylon custom type material that was screen print with the buttons, zippers, ties, and buckles. I have attempted to contact the company on several occasions over a 2 month period to have no response from them. I have other "coats" I have ordered from them prior to receiving this one and have not received them.
