I ordered 2 bracelets in March 2022. I received an email with an order number and confirmation of a purchase. My credit card was charged immediately. (Usually charge occurs upon shipping item). I waited for items, after 3+ weeks I emailed their support email and email was rejected. Tried looking for alternate ways to contact them. Website looks legit, tried using customer support on website, didn't work initially. Website still up, looks current. But no product and emails to company keep getting rejected because the "address is not found".
