Type of a scam: Online Purchase

On December 9, 2021 I placed an order with this company and they stated 7-21 days to receive and that tracking info would be supplied. Emailed at day 12 for tracking no response. Emailed on day 16 and threatened to report company. That’s when I received an email stating their shipper provides tracking info. Told them they had 48 hrs to provide me tracking info and nothing. This company says they are in Dallas but they do not sell any products. It’s my belief that it’s a scam being run from China

I ordered from this online website called Balma Home and i wish i would have checked the complaints beforehand. Its been about two and a half weeks and have not received any type of update or tracking number. I tried contacting them several times through their customer service phone number and email, but no answer from anyone. THIS SCAM COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY.

I order from these guys February 5th I ordered 1 item that’s totaled out to be 37.96 just to never receive anyway I have wrote them about 3 times and called them on the phone number left on there website which is a text now number like there scamming people in a middle of a pandemic I work hard for my money and don’t expect for it just to be wasted. So now basically I’m just out of $40 with no one to get into contact with and I’m pissed. Like I also seen on there website today that if you do not receive your items after 30 days there’s nothing that they can do nor will they refund you your money like if this is not a scam I don’t know what is I wouldn’t recommend to no one and I want my money back!

I ordered a monocle night vision scope for $280 never received it it's sat in supposedly the Netherlands for a month and then it got to Queens New York supposedly on the 8th of January and I mean it's a package could walk to California it would be here by now since today is February 24th telephone number does not exist and when you email them nobody emails you back after a while so I figured to call a lawyer and sue them for 275000 plus dollars and let everybody in the world know that don't buy anything I mean anything even if your life depends on it from BALMA HOMES PS I put in the photo but I've never received the item....

Ordered a product and noticed the money immediately withdrawn from my back account. Did not receive a confirmation email of when my order would ship or tracking number. Still have not received my order. Should have read these reviews before making the mistake of ordering anything from this website!!! Already reported fraud to my bank.
