Sketchy to do business with Balma Home from the beginning there were 5 peculiarities: they switched the color from black to brown, they switched a billing/shipping address, they did not provide a tracking number in the standard way other companies do, they do not answer the phone, and their email is [email protected] via mailchimpapp.net. The worst part is they falsely advertised and sent me a fake. Their name for the product I ordered is "Elegance Bunion Relief Sandals: Women’s Orthopedic Leather Sandals for Bunion Correction – Stylish and Comfortable." They wrote in their ad, "due to the careful tanning process and the natural tannins, full grain tanned leather", they even had a video showing hand-sewing leather shoes. They arrived, but they are NOT LEATHER, they are cheap vinyl knock-offs. They are not adjustable, the strap is sewn into position, therefore they do nothing to correct my bunion. When I asked for a refund and a return shipping label, they told me the product is not damaged therefore I am not eligible for a refund. My Post Office helped me refuse the product and promptly returned them to sender. When I let Balma Home know the shoes are being sent back, they answered now they will be lost in the mail. I asked them how they know this advance? I am awaiting a reply. My VISA credit card company is going to get my money back from Balma Home. But I want to warn others not get deceived by this company’s false claims, I believe they are a scam.
