There was an add for balsam hills Xmas trees. Very, very reasonable. I ordered two. Find out they were comming from china, even tho it stated California and Stated 7-10 day delivery. Every time I checked delivery it was in china. A couple days after that I emailed them and they said it was delivered to check my post office. The confirmation they gave me was a china confirmation and when it hit. california they were to do a different USPS confirmation number. I tried telling them that but nothing happened. They insisted it was delivered. I asked them to send a copy of the signature who signed for it and they would not. When I called the post office for the last time, they told me that was a scam using balsam hill name. Now they will not give me a full refund that there max was 80%
