I paid 55.98 to balsamhilli.com for a Christmas tree. When not arriving, I discovered address, phone nos. email address does not exist. I called BALSAM HILL direct and further discovered no such Order no. existed. On December 20, 2023, I discovered that 8,206.97 had been removed from my checking account by REMIFTLY who is a Cash App-type company.

I ordered a tree. Waited a month still didn't get the tree. I emailed with no response from them. I went to check the tracking number they sent me .it said it had been delivered. I was scammed out of 30.00 dollars . I still get no response from them.

I knew they were not true balsam Hills trees however, I figured they were just knock offs and I will get my product because I bought things from China before but these people are really bad. I’ve been talking to people in my neighborhood in my area in Chesapeake, Virginia, and they stealing thousands of dollars in small increments these people need to be stopped and they’re using tracking companies and saying they’re shipping through FedEx BHL and UPS and it’s all fraudulent. They use some sort of company names, spirit or sprint to say they’re shipping through while they see your product was delivered I work and I can see my front porch and my packages are delivered. I never received the item the number does not work they will not respond to email and I’m going to call the US state department tomorrow to file another complete.

I clicked on an ad on Facebook and was routed to what appeared to be Balsam Hill's website. Everything looks identical down to the name, copyright and logo. I spoke with a rep at Balsam Hill and they said this company is a scammer that has stolen all their photos and product details. I ordered an artificial Christmas tree and got an email confirmation of the order from [email protected]. That's when I knew I had a problem.

The website shared on Facebook advertised selling Christmas trees at a discounted rate as a Black Friday promotion. Upon tracking my order which was advertised as being shipped in 1 - 3 days, the tracking information was provided in Chinese. I reached out to the provided email address and phone number for an update. I have not received a response from the email and the phone number "cannot be reached as dialed".

Purchased discounted Christmas trees. On November 7th 2023 Stated 1-3 day delivery with FEDEX. It is currently 21 days AFTER payment and tracking states it was delivered and signed for yesterday. But tjere are no packages anywhere and my local postal office knows nothing about it.

Saw an add on Instagram for clearance Christmas Trees. We looked up reviews for Balsam Hill Christmas Trees and saw they were a reputable company. Thought it might be too good to be true, but online reviews looked good. Places an order and never received it. All shipping updates were in Chinese.

Purchased a tree from Balsams Hill supposed website, 11/12/23. They said was National Tree Company pre-lit tree, half price, $16.69. Total, $7.18. Receipt has order number and sprinter tracking number. All of which are no good. No order, they say. Took money out of my bank on 13th as Dressistadreams/Dressistadreacous. Now I'm out the money and still have no tree. Contacting my bank tomorrow.

Trying to buy Christmas tree from Balsamhill.com, ended up at balsamhillI.com instead of balsamhill.com. This site looked just like the balsamihill.com. No confirmation emails or tracking numbers were received. Credit card payment went to DRESSITADREAM 617-459-2207 CO
