Purchased sale Christmas trees with a guarentee of 2 day fed ex shipping. Once purchased and money was taken from credit card, the order showes shipping froma China via China post. It never came. I contacted their customer support, they told me it was already delivered. It wasn't. They told me to contact my post office for delicery and the trakcing number they gave me does not exist in the USPS system. They will not give me the address they say it was delivered to.
