Charm Dazzle is the scammer! Presenting as Balsam Hill, a very nice Christmas Tree company. Ordered off a very legit looking website and received an email from what appeared to be Balsam Hill saying they received my order. However, the link to view and / or track my order doesn’t exist. They took the money from my account and never answered my follow up email questioning delivery.

Selling Christmas trees stating from Balsam Hill. Selling through Facebook. Contacted Balsam Hill inquiring on the product and was told that the order number was not one of there’s and they stated I was scammed. Balsam Hill has received several inquiries about orders placed thru this website.

Posed as the Christmas tree company Balsam Hill offering a sale on Christmas trees. After payment the provided a shipment number. All the tracking information is in Chinese. The package says it was delivered Wednesday but nothing showed up at my house. I called the listed number and got a invalid number notice. I did a Google search on the number and find this site.

I saw the add on Facebook and went to their website. I found something I was looking for and made the purchase online through their system. I received a confirmation email and a tracking number. The next day my card was charge 329.99 by a company called Arabella Hair and thee info is that they are from Hong Kong. My bank automatically denied the charge and I had to close my card and get a new one.
