I Myself and other people have been receiving phone calls that will appear as if it comes from Baltimore Gas and Electric. They are spoofing 1-800-685-0123.They tell you that they are going to offer you a cheaper rate of electricity then what you are paying now.I called BG&E and they are aware of this,but i have not seen anything about this scam on any news outlet.
