Hi, I have bought a car in October 28th, 2021 from Bama used auto part in Mobile Hwy, Montgomery. the owen is Theodore Akwuba. I bought this car for my 17 years old daughter. he said he will file for my Title. when my oldest daugher had an accident in December, I tried to give her the car. I contacted him about the title I never received. I keep calling and gives my the ran around. finaly, I found out that he has a lean on it by title max. I file a small calm. when he found out he came to my house and stole the car. I filed police report to get him arrested but the police did not help. they said you have a case with the court. now my daughter is without a job. last week, I meet another Mexican who has the same case with the same person. where Theo sold them a car without a title in July, 2022. Please, Judge with need your help as soon as possible. My daughter without a job and I m a single mom with two girls and dont have the money to buy a car.
