An add for this company ran on Instagram. The ad was for a Revolution Smart Toaster. I placed an order on March 15,2023 and received an email confirmation. I sent an email about 3 weeks later asking when the toaster would ship. I did not receive a reply but did receive a notification that it shipped. Since then I have sent 2 additional emails inquiring what is going on since it has been in shipped status without a tracking number. It is in the same status today. I have not received a response to any of my emails. They do not provide a contact number.
