I made a purchase for clothes online and the items were never received i reached out to the merchant and got no response. It had been 2 months since my funds were taken.

First, their website doesn't have a phone number or address, only an email address. They have social media accounts and they advertise for clothing products. They never shipped my items or kept in contact with me. Even though I have numerously tried to reach out to them. I even sent a message to them on social media under a comment to see if they would respond and try to save themselves, but they have done nothing.

Ordered from this company twice , I order a two piece sweatsuit the first time on Jan the 11th and two dresses on Jan 19 , even paid for express shipping so it could come faster , time given was 5-10 business days. The packages says shipped but tracking number is not found so I waited. Now here we are way pass the time frame given I decided to email them , twice asking about my order. I now think they reported my email as a scan or have me blocked because I get a generic return.
