I ordered 5 masks totaling $102.44 on May 3rd from BamGam. The website stated 7 - 10 business days they would be shipped and you would receive an email with shipping information. I waited the 10 days with no email and so I sent an email that following Monday. No response was sent back to my email. I reached out to this company on Instagram and a generic message from an Ashley was sent back stating they would be shipped out that week. Still no masks. I sent another email to this company stating I understood falling behind but lack of communication was not a way to do business and asked for details on my order. No response once again. I am just sickened that this company can steal from people in this time and say they are donating to Glendale Hospital when they are not. Please do not fall for this scam!

I purchased 2 masks for $42.48 in the understanding that I would get my 2 masks in addition with my purchase there would be 2 masks donated to people in need whether that be medical workers or just people that need them in general. I purchased these masks on 4/24/20. I emailed them twice where my order was in terms of delivery and of course I got no response. It’s not about the money I just want the people behind this bogus website brought to justice. Thank you.

i ordered a cat mask from BuyaMaskGiveaMask webpage, but so far i have not received a shipping confirmation or any product! $23.50 may not be a lot, but for me(73 and disabled) it is!! I thought of contacting the hospitals they supposedly donate to for each purchase, but i am sure they have no idea what is going on, and they surely have better things do to than deal with me...

I purchased a cloth face mask on the sight Buy A Mask Give A Mask. It was advertised on one of the local news apps. I ordered the mask on April 18 and still have not received anything. Not even a shipped email but the money was taken out of my credit card account. The only contact they offer is an email and I have emailed this company twice asking for some kind of response and nothing. There is no phone number to call and I fo not think that a mask will be coming. I am going to contact my credit card company and file a case. Don’t buy anything unless it is a vender you have a history with. The scam artist are out in full!!! Nasty human beings especially during such a vulnerable time.

I found this site through an Instagram ad. They claim to donate mask for each one purchased. I purchased mask for my whole family on April 7, 2020. They claim to process orders 7 business days from order date. I received a confirmation and tracking number on April 21, 2020. There tracking number indicating a sticker was created and that USPS is awaiting item at facility from Los Angeles. I asked for an update on May 4, 2020, because the tracking number had no update. It still shows April 21, 2020 still waiting for item. I received no response. Tonight I conducted an Internet search and found many complaints mirroring my experience- not receiving masks and receiving a tracking number that is waiting for item. Many news outlets are also warning against this company as a scam. I emailed them again tonight requesting a refund.
