I received a call form 800-933-6262. I didn't take the call but on her 3rd attempt in a row I picked it up. She stated she was with BofA fraud alert and that a lady was in my local branch trying to add her name on my business acct (last name she was using was Hamilton). she then put me on hold checking something. she came back on the phone telling me they were investigating that it was an internal breach. she sent me a link for me to verify myself , this link came from 808-640-4250. I asked her what my local branch was and she named on in Playa Vista in CA. a branch I haven't been in for at least 3 years. She asked if I received the link and I told her I wouldn't click on a link from a HI phone number. She asked me to hold on then hung up the call.
