Brian Spiegelman at Bana Athletics is a Scam artist and Con man. He has not SINCE JAN shipped out anything. He has 900 excuses as to why he cannot return or send money and actually lies and provides FAKE confirmation numbers for money transfers. There is NO BUSINESS. It’s just a guy who sits in his house pretending to run a business and makes deals , steals money and makes empty promises time and time again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. HE IS THE ULTIMATE CON MAN

So I was contacted on my Instagram account and was offered a sponsorship. They agreed to pay for my upcoming shows, photoshoots, and even offered to give me free clothing all in exchange for repping their brand. The trick is they would give you this online agreement to sign and talk you into making a purchase; all the while offering you great discounts and more. Once the purchase is made, they would then make excuses as to when the products would ship. After several inquiries on when my order would ship via text message, they began ignoring texts and phone calls. I then began searching their name online and saw that many other people had been scammed by this individual. I filed a complaint with my bank and was refunded my money. This company has since unfollowed me from social media, but I cant let them get away with taking money from innocent people.
