I was also contacted by my personal mail by Roy Ockers, collector and owner of Banditto art gallery. I was asking for 49$ and got 10$ discount from same person. After I paid I got some information about this “art lovers”, and understand that this gallery and residency are scam.

I got an email today and I was so excited at the recognition that I shared a post on my Facebook and my many friends are delighted for me... Now I'm going to look like a complete fool... I am suffering with bad depression and this really picked me up today, I'm so annoyed ?

Keri James from Banditto Art Gallery email me stating that I was selected to enter an art residency application process. I paid the $15 fee to enter and was told that I would receive a confirmation email to complete the application. The email never came. I reached out to Keri James and I never heard back. I cancelled my card with my bank and I could not have the payment reversed because of the payment process they used. This is a potential art scam with a savvy website.
