On November 8th at 2:35am this company took a charge from my account when I noticed it I immediately reported it to my bank my bank provided the companies contact when I got in touch with the associate the associate claimed that it was a lottery that I had signed up for which I never had, then I proceeded to tell the agency that I wanted a full refund they replied to me that they were going to give me 80% of my money back then I proceeded to tell them that I never never authorized the charge and why are they not giving me 100% of my refund and that I wanted their businesses information and they had refused to give any information about the business when I had asked to speak with a manager they had then said that they cannot get a manager and they just kept refusing to provide any information about their business so the only information I have about this business is an email and a phone number.
