Scammer had me click Microsoft button on computer. Gained access into my computer and literally navigated mouse and identified my bank accounts. Scammer in attempting to cancel $299.99 charge, entered $2,999.99 supposedly into my bank account. Then he Requested five $500 Apple gift cards to be applied to this over-credit. I advised that I did not have the means to do so. I agreed to purchase one $500 Apple gift card, which I did. They had me take a picture of card and text to them. I did. I told Mr. Hunt that I would call back the next day to discuss arrangements on paying the balance. I then hung up. Upon checking my bank account the next morning, the $2,999.99 credit was gone. I have a statement from the scammer showing the $2,999.99 credit, I have a picture of the $500 gift card I purchased on my cell phone, and the receipt from the store where I purchased it.
