I called back the Nr. as it said Wells Fargo on the missed call I’ve had.

Then I was given the option to choose of I wanted the call to be in English or Spanish. But a guy immediately picked up and asked for my card and bank information to verify me!

I hung up immediately

I received a call from CHASE yesterday 1924. They stated they worked for Chase bank and they were calling because there was fraud on my Zelle attached to my chase account. They ended up scamming me out of $480 before I went to Chase bank in person with them still on the phone and they hung up on me. They sent the payment to a Patricia Filias phone number 904-536-2541. From this information, I was able to find her address, confirm that is her number, her business, her personal and business instagrams and facebook pages, her email and much more. I would like something to be done about this. I am not a [censored], I am not a elderly person or someone who is easily manipulated. This person used a phone number that came back to Chase Bank. Google confirmed the number, address and business listing. They are impersonating a MAJOR financial corporation and stealing peoples money. I have all their information and everything you should need to handle this situation. I recorded the conversation.
