My credit card company/bank fraud alert sent me an email alerting me of some suspected fraud charges to my account. I recognized every charge except AIYTECH in the amount of $90.64. I called the fraud alert people and told them of the fraud/scam.

I received multiple emails about a card being opened up in my name. I ignored for a bit but then there was an email about the account being overdue. I researched the bank independently and called the phone number on the company website (from a google search) and the customer service rep on the phone said she had no record of an account but asked me for my last 4 digits of my social and the state I lived in. After saying she had no record of it she said I should “just block the email and ignore” vs. filing a complaint.

This person attempted to obtain my bank login information by pretending to be a rep from my bank, and asked for a temporary password sent to my phone by text.

Someone supposedly from comenity bank Called my phone from a 7203725725 number

and it was a voice message when I answered that said please call community bank we have something we need to speak to you about and they left me a 1 800 number to call back but that number is not a comenity bank phone number.

Instead of calling the 1 800 number back that they provided I called the number that was already logged in to my phone and ask comenity bank themselves if they had contacted me for any reason and just as I suspected they did not.

They made my account deactivate to make me do a traceable deposit, after i did, they said my account was still suspended by IRS to make me do a payment again, they said for tax payment.

They stole my tax refund and refuse to send it. They are lying about sending the checks. Several people have posted about this online. Now it’s happening to me
