I was working and while on the phone with a client, I received back to back call from the 1-800 number. Being that they kept calling I decided to answered and the man on the other side of the line told me he was calling from Bank of America to advice that someone was trying to use my account and they needed to put a stop on my debit card. At the moment I put my client on hold and ask a coworker to call the number it was calling me, when my coworker called the 800-933-6262 it sounded legitimate and the recording exactly like when you call BofA. So I tooked the call, the scammer did not asked for any of my personal information so I felt it was ok to talk to (scammer) All it was need it was a code the also came into my text message that it was from Apple also legitimate, for the scammer to get into to my phone got into my icloud, accessed all my information including my debit card, transfered money to my apple cash and now I can put the dots together that another scammer was just waiting ready next and ATM or something to withdraw the money. All happened while I was still on the phone with the scammer pretending to be a bank representativel. The caller ID it also shows Bank of America

- Woodbridge, VA, USA

The letter states my Full name & some Mortgage ID (********), my Lender Name (former) along with the Closing date, loan amount and county, followed by "We have been attempting to contact you regarding a matter of importance. Please call 877-488-6554. Thanks, The Servicing Center."

Then followed by this important and eye-opening paragraph in small font:

"Not affiliated with or sponsored by any bank or lending institution. All information is obtained solely through public record, which may not be accurate or complete. By calling the number, yo9u agree to allow a representative, who is solely responsible for complying with TCPA laws, to receive your number, mortgage info from public records, and your automated line answers, and or to call and or text you about insurance products. If you do not wish to receive such calls or texts, do not call the number above. Standard messaging and data rates may apply."

It looked fishy to me, so I did not call. I just looked it up on Google.
