When I clicked the number (which is stupid I know because I don't have a BoA account that could transfer anything), a man with an accent said he was with BoA in California and asked if this was a valid transaction. I said no and told him I don't have an account with BoA. He then asked about "this transaction" and "this bank" and I told him I didn't have accounts with any of the banks he mentioned. He said it sounded like it could be identity theft and that he was going to lock all of the accounts. Once we hung up, my son advised me to pull my credit reports, which I did and found absolutely nothing suspicious (thank goodness).
