I received a call from a scammer who used the caller ID for our bank account.He said someone was trying to withdraw $1300 from our Zelle account and he walked me through what I needed to do to refuse the transfer.It turned out the caller was a scammer too,and the money was withdrawn and sent to a person I have never heard of.We were told he would call right back and when he didn't I called the bank and initiated an unauthorized payment dispute.I was told by three different people that the money would be returned to us,but now they are refusing to return our money.

they acted like zelle customer service musing various numbers 334-591-4165 they also tried to buy crypto, bitcoin and take cash app payment
