Presented a contract for a loan agreement. Provided a $454.00 collateral payment on December 19th, 2019 sent to Wells Fargo account of Mercier R Dominique, 9560 Bellaire Drive, Miramar, FL 33025. On December 20th, 2019, I was contacted by Paula Cameron of Bankmore Financing that an addition payment would need to be made in order to secure the loan. According to the sign loan agreement, I am entitled to cancel the agreement and have any monies reimbursed. I have reached out to Miss Cameron with dozens of requests from my to have my $454.00 returned. Miss Cameron and the entire Banksmore Financing staff will not return any calls or emails.
