I don't know what exactly there doing at there properties but how many reality companies have multiple llc names more than a few phone numbers has tenants that reside n property for 5plus years never met the fake real estate manager and she lives 10 mins from the property . Anyone who is associated with ( BANMA, SUNSTART,OAK PARK TOWNHOMES,MANYISH, PACHECO TOWNHOMES,SKYWELL REAL ESTATE) WILL PURGER THEM SELFS ALL DOWN TO THERE LAWYER AND ALL WHO WORKS FOR HER

The worst property management.. Rachel and the owner don't care about what happens on the property they have shootings and the tenant stays on property a tenant steals pg&e management knows of this since 2019 does nothing 2024 that tenant still lives on sight .. I'm stating facts have the proof to back it up

I answered an ad on rent.com that had a listing for an home for rent. I received an email from "smart move Transunion" to run my credit. I know that "smart move" is legitimate therefore I did not suspect anything. I then received an email from a "property manager", asking for a copy of identification again normal protocol for renting a place so I emailed her what she was requesting. She then asked me when I would like to move in and that everything was in order so she would make a portal for security deposit payment. After that email I stopped hearing from her. I then clicked on the website and it stated that it was not found and when I call the number provided in her email no answer. She was unable to take money from me however she does have my personal information which worries me in terms of identity theft.
