Stated that he was Daryl Peterson from Bannock County Sheriff following up on a missed court date. He knew the case number and child involved. We had been subpoenaed for documents but no subpoena for provider to go to court. He stated that the provider missed court and there is a warrant out for Failure to Appear that can be frozen with a Surety Bond to the Dept of Treasury since it is a federal case. He gave the correct address for the Dept of Treasury to send the Bond to. Provider was supposed to go to Office Depot and sign a document and send the money to the Dept of Treasury. Once this was done and they provided proof then the Warrant would be frozen until the next court date on Aug 9.
