Purchased item online march 31st..emailed customer service (the only way to contact) roughly 3 weeks later requesting info as to where my product is...email stated it would be out for shipping soon...emailed again as the tracking number wouldn't work to see where item might be..no return email except that the item had been placed as shipped as soon as i stated i wanted my money back
