I used the Lasta app to try. I only purchased one month because I only wanted to try it. You had the option of purchasing 1,3,6,12 months. After I tried it out, I decided I didn’t want to continue purchasing it. The next month they charged my card again. I tried calling, emailing, reaching out on social media to no avail. The subscription icon on the app does not work so I continued trying to reach them. No one ever replied to me nor could I reach a customer service member. I finally just had to cancel my bank card so they could not steal any more money from me.
