Ordered clippers paid thru paypal

I ordered some clippers from barber items and paid via PayPal and never received a confirmation email or tracking number. The 167.95 has come out of my account and I have yet to receive a response from barber items related to this! The company seems to a legit company but I see there are a lot of bad thing happening here. We are all just customers trying to support your company but seem to be getting dooped in the process

Ordered some razor blades, brush, and shave soap from this company. I am tired of dealing with Amazon and wanted to support small business. It's been a week and I haven't received a tracking number or the item in the mail. No response from customer service. I'm going to give it some more time. But I have a feeling I'm going to have to do a chargeback. This is likely one guy drop shipping with a Shopify site.

This had been sorted out by the company and it turns out it was a problem with FedEx losing my shipment. It was unfortunate and it turns out the owner is a chill guy and did everything he could to make it right in the end. I got my items just a little delayed not at the fault of the company.

Ordered new curling iron from this company. It was defective. Emailed them to get a request refund. Emailed them multiple times. Went ahead and sent back the item because the website said you only have 15 days from the day you receive it to send the item back. After 2 weeks later and multiple emails sent, I still haven’t heard from the company and haven’t received an email. The tracking number says the item was delivered back to them. So now I am $70 short and there’s nothing I can do about it. The website says amazing customer service…definitely a lie.
