I ordered a coat on 12/4/21. Says it shipped on 12/7/21. Says it delivered on 1/23/22. I never received it. They have tracking info stating it was delivered by a contracted delivery service. When I contracted the delivery company, they said they never received it. Not sure how they got the tracking info. I got the run around from them and now am out $68.03.

My grandson said he would like a shirt from this company and sent me the website. I ordered it on 11/24/21 and received email saying it was shipped on 12/6/21 and received it on 1/23/21. It turns out it was shipped from China to an individual in Carson, Ca. and from him to me. I had tried to check on it several times, but was unable to find a phone number. After several emails requesting information, I received one saying it had been shipped. I received it on 12/23 and gave it to my grandson on Christmas. It was at least 2 sizes too small, but was marked as the size ordered. I have tried numerous times to contact them with emails to their customer service for return information and have had no reply. I sent an email to the address that had earlier said it was shipped and again had no reply. The shirt was $67.00 and postage was $9.99.

I ordered products for gifts and got nothing. They send emails with broke tracking links to put you off. They do not reply to emails. There is no number to contact them, and the products are not coming. It has been over a month and nothing. it is pure and simple theft/scam.
