Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. We always want our customer's to get the best out of our programs.

BargainCard.ca and HolidayBin.ca are two membership programs that are sponsoring the offer of up to $100 in gasoline rebates. We record and review 100% of our member sign-ups to ensure that no one is enrolled or billed in error. We make sure every customer is informed that the trial fee is $1.95 for each program, that the customer will get a 14-day trial to try out all the benefits of our members only discounts program, and that if they continue past the 14-day trial they will be charged $17.83 per month per program. Members are free to cancel at any time by telephone, mail, email and fax.

This scam consists of them sending cards in the mail (yellow, without any name of company) addressed to the resident by name, stating you have won a prize (1 out of 25 million drivers in Canada). They proceed upon calling the number by asking for all your credit card information over the phone for the promise of a 100 dollar prize of a lottery that you never applied for. They ask for your credit card information for the billing of "postage" for your reward gift certificates. This is taken for $1.95 (x2) for the bargaincard.ca and holidaybin.ca "companies". I have seen from the response on ScamPulse.com from these companies on the complaint of a different user that these charges are for a "14 day trial" for their services, which is then follow by the automatic charges $17.95 monthly for their "sevices" after the trial. Please avoid responding to these people.
