SCAM- BARKBEDS IS A FRAUD

So like everyone else's story here, I ordered from Barkbeds website after an add from TikTok for them popped up. I have ordered other items from TikTok advertisements so I didn't think anything less doing it again. I ordered to beds for the price of one at $79.89 as a black Friday deal on 12/2/2021. I wanted the beds because my senior dog of 14 years old, a lab/great dane mix, need a good bed & he was wearing out his orthopedic dog bed. Long story short, I emailed the company on 1/28/22 letting them know my transaction number, when I ordered the beds & why they had not arrived yet. Was told back in an email that "they are processing the order now." Emailed again on 3/28/22 demanding my money back as this is a scam. I got no response. Went to their website & its no longer there. Today is 5/5/22. I have yet to hear from them, recieve my beds AND my 14 year old big boy passed away on 4/26.

bark beds comfy dog beds 2 for the price of 1

I ordered 2 comfy dog beds for the price of 1 Order #673 on October 16, 2021. I received a quick response with the order number and my account charged on the 17th. $84.99 After not receiving these I sent an email and received the canned response:
"Thank you for contacting us. We sincerely apologize for the delay and we greatly appreciate your patience while we get your order processed. We are working diligently to get everyone’s order out. We have been experiencing delays due to Covid 19 but we are slowly getting back on track. You will be notified as soon as shipping info is available.

If you still wish to cancel your order, please let me know so that I can Issue you a full refund.

Thank you for your patience!"

After many more emails when nothing was sent, meaning dog beds or refund I again continued to receive responses but nothing else. We are now 7 months into this! Wondering if there is anything else I can do?

I purchased 2 beds for ~$99, the website said it would be 14-20 business days it has now been almost two months. (Original purchase 11/28/2021), no e-mail of tracking or update on order at all. Others I know have not received their product either.
