Barkfluff is a complete scam

I ordered their dog pool in April and never received it. All methods of communication were not returned and their phone line is out of service. Luckily I used my credit card, so my bank has refunded the money and opened an investigation into them. I recommend others do the same. I then ordered the same pool for half the price off Amazon and received it in under a week. My dog loves it. But Barkfluff is a complete scam and I'm disgusted with them.

Never got the order

Ordered a pool 6 weeks ago, got an order confirmation and email. Never received the item. Tried emailing with no success. Now when I go to view my order it is no longer there.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered and paid for product 6 weeks ago and did not receive my purchase. I was given an order number at the time of purchase and received a confirmation via text. Numerous attempts to contact the company via e-mail, text and phone have failed. The phone number does not accept calls and the texts and e-mails have not been answered. The website indicates that there is live support available but there is no link or access for this.
