It was an ad Barnes and Noble, Book sets. I ordered 4 book sets totaling 40.95 on Oct 8 and Oct 9, 2024 they took the money from my debit card. I have 30 emails back and forth from them. Refusing to refund the money. Giving me the run around, we will check with the warehouse. I ordered the for Christmas presents and when it came Christmas time they were not here so I said just refund my money. The website looked real pages and pages of books to pick from. The tracking number they gave me doesn't exist, PO said it would be 2 letters 9 numbers and a letter. Its frustrating going back and forth. I would lover to see their e commerce store shut down. [email protected] is their email address. I have kept all the emails and my invoice trying to get someone on them.
