Barney Harrison and his crew meandered into our neighborhood promising asphalt driveways in late afternoon stating he had extra material from a job. What they delivered was recycled asphalt millings. He avoided giving an actual price but started with 2.00 a foot. That changed with each attempt at gaining a full job price. In the end, they attempted to charged a 79 yr old veteran, my father in law, 5800.00 🤯🤬 for crappy material he most likely didn't want to pay to discard. I had him stop payment on the check. 🤨The 1st one he's ever done with a bank he's been with over 30yrs! His invoices say H paving 800-311-5919 no address, the trucks displayed Express Paving signs, but his behavior was that of a quick talking scam arrest /snake oil salesman. I'll be posting this on as many sites as possible to save others from your shady shenanigans!

Person stops by late in afternoon and says he’s got pavement left over, nothing but dried out crushed pavement. I was expecting a nice driveway
