Message left on my phone "Attention this message is intended for ----- this call is pertaining to case number -----. My name is Daisy with SUP. This call is notification that attempts have been made to issue certified documents requiring your signature. If you will not be available to sign or any changes need to be made to the time, date and location of services for more details please contact the issuing firm that is handling your case. Their contact number is 866-246-6059 and be sure to reference your case number. They need to contact the issuing firm and ???? the failure to appear to be issued in your name. This is a time sensitive matter you have been notified."

When I called they asked for the case number. They stated I had a loan they are trying to collect from Key Bank for $7,280, but would be willing to settle it for $2,949.12. I called Key Bank to find out if it was legit. The loan, amount, and loan number were correct but they had closed the account in 2008 and that this had nothing to do with them.
